• Non-Refundable Deposits
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
• Liability
  • The Company is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during the charter. Responsibility is limited to rescheduling lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• Damage Liability
  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by themselves or their party during the rental period.
  • A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn.
  • A sanitation fee of $250.00 will be charged if necessary.
• Prohibited Activities
  • Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any resulting fines will be paid by the customer.
  • The driver reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund in cases of blatant indiscretion by the client(s).
  • It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
• Overtime Charges
  • Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time as described on the run sheet.
• Weather/Road Conditions
  • The Company is not responsible for delays or termination of service caused by weather or road conditions (e.g., accidents).
• Lost Items
  • The Company is not responsible for items left in the limousine.
• Payment
  • All balances are to be paid to the driver on the date of the rental before the start of the service.
• Seating Capacity
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
